World Fair 2045 Pt. II

This is the second part of World Fair 2045. This is basicaly is the explanation of what is in the fair: Three different exposed Cities: Mars -o-rama, an amusement park in Mars; Atlantipoly, the recreation of Atlantis in the future and Glasstopia, the city with Glass foundations, buildings and highways. I made a brochure explaining each part of the project. Also there are some souvenirs. Welcome to the future!

Illustration - Cityvision Magazine 5 (Italy)

For me, was a real great pleasure to be part of this project. Francesco Lipari, run an architecture practice called OFL architecture and an independent architecture magazine called The Cityvision Magazine in Italy. He contacted me long time ago, just to be part of his Fifth Magazine Issue. Interested on the World Fair 2045 posters serie, he was really excited to see part of my work featured in one of the articles of the magazine.

The theme: Imagine the city of New York as all its historical planes collapse, one on top of the other, (from 1609 to 2012) altering the natural ecosystem and the identity of the city itself and producing a hyperspace where acceleration and simultaneity are the main phenomena of space and time.

Here's my interpretation:

MAGNUM OPUS - Alchemist's guide to make Gold

This is an academic project i just made: I represented an instructional manual to learn how to make gold, based only on the several old processes of  The Alchemy, and the Philosopher's stone. Was a very long work, because it's not easy to understand ancient documents. Alchemist used very difficult codes with key words and metaphorical language, including symbols as well, in order to make this kind of processes unkown and mysterious. Well, after all the reading stuff, i had to decide wich style i was gonna use. Then, i based the design line and Illustrations on 50's to 70's Ads, and Voilà!  

This Manual is divided in two main parts: The Process to make the Philishoper's Stone and The Process to make Gold. Enjoy it! :)

Personal Work - World Fair 2045 ' A look Into the Future'

Well, this is a really weird work. Ideas: Vintage Style, Collage, Future Vision -How people imagined future in the past- and Ads for a World Fair. I just thought about a fake World Fair. A World Fair in 2045. What it is about? I don't know...Probably advanced Technology, Futuristic Cities, and all you can imagine in a future. Result: Three Possible Posters for that fair. Maybe an example and product of lack of sleep.

10. Do not kill non-human animals unless you are attacked or for your food. (Disagree with 'For your food')

UNDER RED BLOOD SKIES - 'As Buildings Fall' Cd Layout

This is a work for the band Under Red Blood Skies. They wanted a War concept, but at the same time, a love story Illustration. For me, was such an honor to be part of this proyect. Anyone who knows my design carrer, knows that i love Vintage Design / Style. In this opportunity, i work based on World War II Documents, Photos and other style elements. Ok. This is one of my band Divine Burial Of Fears. I made this design thinking about 'The New Word Order' Theory. But instead of political and economy order, i thought about a Religion, or any other kind of absurd movement. Why Rasputin? I like Rasputin images. Enjoy it!
